Payment Terms, Shipping and Return Policy

This page provides information on the terms and conditions of your order in the Menet Sattel AG online shop. As a provider in the premium segment, we place the highest value on transparency, reliability, and service quality – even after the purchase.

Payment Terms
The following secure and reliable payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • TWINT
  • Invoice
  • Cash payment at on-site appointments (for services)

Menet Sattel AG reserves the right, in individual cases, to request advance payment or to exclude certain payment methods without giving reasons.

Delivered goods remain the property of Menet Sattel AG until full payment has been received. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest of 5 % per year and/or reminder fees up to a maximum of CHF 20.– and/or to withdraw from the contract and/or refuse any further deliveries or services.

Shipping

General Shipping Information
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible and with due care from our warehouse in Herisau. Delivery is made via Swiss Post or selected courier services.

  • Delivery area: Switzerland-wide
  • Delivery time: usually 2 to 5 business days
  • Flat shipping fee: CHF 7.–
  • Free shipping: for orders over CHF 200.–
  • Pick-up in Herisau: no shipping costs


Delivery of Saddles
Individually ordered saddles are not shipped by post. Personal measurement, delivery, and on-site fitting are an integral part of our quality promise and included in the purchase price. This ensures that each saddle is perfectly tailored to horse and rider.

Returns and Cancellation

Right of Withdrawal for Accessories
For items from our online shop (excluding custom-made items), a 7-calendar-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt. Within this period, you can return the goods without giving any reason.

Requirements for a return:

  • The goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The return must be complete and include the delivery note.
  • The customer bears the cost and risk of the return.

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Returns of damaged or used items are excluded.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal exists for:

  • Custom-made items (e.g., individually crafted saddles)
  • Products tailored to specific customer requirements
  • Items that have already been used or are no longer in their original packaging

In the case of visible signs of use or reduction in value, we reserve the right to claim appropriate compensation or to refuse the return.
