Linus Hanselmann comes from Oberriet and is a member of the U25 national show jumping squad. Besides sports, he studies veterinary medicine at the University of Zurich. His top priority is the long-term health of his horses.

At home with the horses – Linus Hanselmann’s passion for show jumping.

“Riding means a lot to me, as my family has been involved with horses all my life. We have a stable at home in Oberriet. I simply feel free when I’m on a horse and connected to it.”

Linus is a member of the Swiss U25 show jumping squad. His greatest achievements so far include medals at the Swiss Championships and second place with the team at the European Championship in Vilamoura.

Alongside his sporting ambition, he pursues a demanding veterinary medicine degree at the University of Zurich. “The health of my horses is very important to me. A great saddle is essential. For Linus, riding is more than sport – it is a way of life that combines freedom, responsibility, and passion. Whether in training, competitions, or relaxing rides at his home stable, his relationship with his horses is always central.
