Appointments take place in the customers own stables. Horse and rider are analysed and measured. Needs and ambitions for both horse and rider are discussed before deciding which saddle is suitable. An initial appointment costs CHF 200.- which can be credited against a saddle purchase.
The topline is measured to determine which saddle model is needed. The wither and back profiles are measured at specific points to establish the correct head iron and width aswell as panel volume. Rider leg measurements from upper and lower legs on both sides aswell as weight and clothing size are needed to determine saddle size. Detailed information regarding special needs for both horse and rider are also noted and incorporated into the saddle production.
